Create a fusion project
Creates a new "fusion" project — a project that combines multiple remote projects (fusion cells), each hosted on its own SML REST server, into a single logical project. The project name is given via the `pid` query parameter, not a path segment. The request body is the customer's secret-key-encrypted (AES) payload; once decrypted it is a `FusionCellInfoList` describing the remote cells to fuse.

Checks the reachability/status of each remote fusion cell in the supplied list, by calling each cell's own project-info endpoint. The request body is the customer's secret-key-encrypted (AES) payload; once decrypted it is a `FusionCellInfoList`. The response is likewise an AES-encrypted `FusionCellStatusList`.
Update fusion cells info POST
Replaces the fusion cell list (remote project connection info) on an existing fusion project. Fails if `{project}` is not a fusion project. The request body is the customer's secret-key-encrypted (AES) payload; once decrypted it is a `FusionCellInfoList`.
